Confidence...How can I develop more of it?

I carried out a survey amongst participants who are registered to join my 5 Weeks Challenge ' Get More Colour Clients Without Being Pushy' and one of the things that is apparent in the feedback is that lots of stylists are struggling with confidence in getting started and putting themselves out there.

We all know that confidence is the magic ingredient that will get us to step up and out but how to get more of it?

Will more learning improve it?
